Memberships
We at Gordon Business International want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our membership programs.

Refund and Cancellation Terms are specified on the sales page when you purchased and enrolled into one of our membership products. When you enroll into a membership of ours, you agree to all terms as stated on the sales page and enrollment page.
DIY Products
We at Gordon Business International want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our DIY (do-it-yourself) trainings and educational online courses.

A "DIY Product" from our company is defined as an online educational experience that does not come with any live coaching support component. 

In the event that you decide your course purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at admin@laurenrayegordon.com and show us you actually did the work by submitting ALL your homework. We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. 

For full payments of a DIY course, if we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt full refund given you fully completed, implemented, and submitted all of your homework.

If you elect to pay using a payment plan, the first month payment is non-refundable but future payments will be canceled.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed homework before 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time on the 30th day following your DIY product purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary*.

No refunds will be provided more than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan. All payments must be made on a timely basis.

*Note: As mentioned above, all refunds are discretionary. If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a refund, we reserve the right to deny your refund request.

The point of this policy is to give people the chance to try the system, and if it doesn’t work, they can get their money back. It wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.

Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your refund will be denied. However, we will still help and support you in order to get you results.
Mentorship And Coaching Programs
We at Gordon Business International want you to be satisfied with your purchase of our high level mentorship packages and coaching programs.

Due to the high-touch and personal time commitment of Lauren and her team, there are strictly no refunds available for any coaching programs. This includes all 1:1 coaching, group coaching, VIP days, and masterminds. Terms are specified in your personal agreement.
Masterclasses
There are no refunds for live masterclasses, live workshops, or live trainings. By attending you are both denying others the chance to attend and denying Gordon Business International the opportunity to market that availability to others.  If you do not attend live you will be sent the recording of the masterclass so you get the full value of the training.

There are no refunds for replays of masterclasses when made available for purchase. 
Beta Programs/Beta Classes/Beta Coaching
Due to the heavy discounts, any beta programs/beta coaching/beta services or products offered by Gordon Business International  will not be eligible for refunds.
